Caddebostan Team believe basic principles are what makes a foundation succesful and reliable. That is why while creating them we tried to take care the principles which reflect our philosophy and which we can apply for life time. For 11 years by the way of these principles Caddebostan Team take up occupational excitement seriously.

 Confidence Atmosphere |

We know that children are the most important presences for their families. As a foundation which is organizing activities for kids and youngsters, confidence is our most important priorty. We behave every kid and youngster which attends our camps and sport schools as a family member of Caddebostan Team and we try to create and atmosphere that is confident for them. That’s why we apply the perfect confidence principle in every step from choosing the instructors in our organization to determining the facilities. During the preparation step of the programs we take every precaution for the safety of our campers and students. We train our team for every condition, we provide them the necessary equipment.

| Honesty |

Honesty is the first characteristic that Caddebostan Team aims to bring the youngster who attends our activities. We see honesty as a basic part of our lives. We think honesty becomes more important when the youngster in our activities imitate our guiding instructors. We, Caddebostan Team always try to be honest, and clear in our relations.

We believe that every child is special and precious when we plan our activities. We first plan every detail in the activities for children. We know that every choice must have good quality for our future, the children. That’s why we see quality as a life perspective not a goal.

Team Work

We believe success comes from team work. We teach our instructors working in our activities, details of being a team and moving together. We know the success of our activities is based on the responsibilities of people working, from camp director to cook, from coaches to bus driver, and we work with this knowlegde.

Being Dynamic and New

We live in a changing world. To be succesful one has to explore, work and has to be open minded for changes. With this philosophy we always develop our programs. We add new activities to the programs that will make children enjoy themselves and that support their growing. We create dynamism by adding the young succesful coaches educated in our camps and sport schools.

We know making our customers happy is important, coming to the point that we’ve come. We know the positive references from our former students, campers and their families are the reasons for the rising demand on our activities. We keep customer’s happiness first in the service that we give. We organize our activities with little groups to keep the efficiency high. We develop our service quality with regular polls and evalutions.

Caddebostan Team is aware of its big responsibility that organizes activities for children and youngsters. Our activites take big rolls on the characteristics of attending kids. For this reason we give importance of our team’s quality and content of our programs. We prepare the most efficient programs with domestic and abroad researches for our campers and students.
